These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, obligations, and legal agreements between CFleet Luxury and the customer for exotic and luxury vehicle rentals.

1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 25 years old for exotic vehicle and supercar categories, and at least 21 years old for luxury sedans and SUVs.

• Driver’s License: A valid, unexpired driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 consecutive years is required. International hirers must present a valid passport, entry visa, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their domestic license.

• Authorized Drivers: Only drivers explicitly named and verified on the rental agreement are legally permitted to operate the vehicle.

2. Payment & Security Deposit

• Rental Charges: Full payment for the projected rental duration is required prior to vehicle delivery or handover.

• Security Deposit Pre-Authorization: A refundable pre-authorization deposit ($1,500 – $5,000 depending on vehicle class) will be placed on a major credit card upon vehicle pickup.

• Deposit Release: Security deposit holds are released within 7 to 14 business days following inspection clearance, accounting for potential traffic violations, toll charges, or minor damages.

3. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

• Prohibited Conduct: Vehicles shall not be used for track events, street racing, stunt driving, off-roading, towing, or commercial ride-sharing.

• Subletting: Transferring control of the vehicle, subleasing, or allowing unauthorized third parties to drive is strictly prohibited.

• Substance Policy: Driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or prescription medications that impair driving ability will result in immediate contract termination, full loss of security deposit, and legal prosecution.

• Geographic Limits: Vehicles must remain within authorized state or regional borders explicitly specified in the rental agreement.

4. Fuel & Mileage

• Fuel Requirements: Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of premium fuel (minimum 91 Octane / Super 98) and must be returned full. Failure to refuel results in a refueling service fee plus fuel costs.

• Mileage Limits: Daily rentals include a standard allowance (typically 100–150 miles / 200 km per day). Excess mileage is billed at the tiered rate detailed in the rental contract.

5. Insurance, Damage & Incident Reporting

• Coverage & Deductibles: Standard statutory third-party liability insurance is included. The renter remains responsible for damage deductibles, loss of use fees, and diminished vehicle value in the event of an at-fault collision.

• Incident Protocol: In the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical fault, the renter must notify local law enforcement and CFleet Luxury support within 2 hours to obtain an official police report.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the reservation start time qualify for a full refund minus administrative processing fees.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours or non-appearances (no-shows) will be charged a penalty equivalent to one full day’s rental charge.
